Do women make better HR managers?

In order to cope up with the fluidities and changed demographics, India incorporation can no longer afford to ignore educated Indian women as a source of talent in managing and supporting businesses. Corporate India has not yet fully recognized or utilized this talent pool, the growing gender diversity in Indian managerial ranks nonetheless is increasingly being perceived by corporate honchos as one of the key ingredients of business sustainability and success.
