The academic year consists of three Terms , scheduled as shown below. Note that the Term structure may differ somewhat between the first and the second year of instruction. Since international students are admitted exclusively to the second year (to any one term in the second year), it is the schedule of the second year that concerns the visitors from abroad. The dates given below refer to the tentative schedule for the academic year 2012-13 There may be limited changes in the schedule for future years on account of changes in the incidence of holidays, Sundays, etc and due to other academic developments in future.
