IIMK derives its strength from the achievements of its versatile Alumni who have excelled in their own fields and have won accolades and acclaim from various quarters. The Distinguished Alumni Award was introduced in the year 2021 to honour outstanding alumni who have done us proud by their contributions and achievements in their chosen fields of endeavor, thus bringing distinction to themselves and to their alma mater.

We look forward to receiving nominations for the IIMK Distinguished Alumni Award(s) (DAA) 2022 from the following categories:

• Corporate

• Entrepreneurship

• Government/ Public Administration/ Politics/Social Service

• Academics/ Research

• Others

Nominations for the Distinguished Alumni Award(s) (DAA) can be made by:

1. Self-Nomination, which has to be seconded by two other IIMK Alumni.

OR

2. Nomination by IIMK alumni, seconded by another two IIMK Alumni. The nomination has to be acknowledged by the alumnus who is being nominated.

3. Selection Committee appointed shall have the discretion to nominate an alumnus if she/he deserves the award considering their contribution to IIMK.

Eligibility for the Award: Any Alumnus of IIM Kozhikode (PGP, PGP-BL, PGP-LSM, PGP-FIN, EPGP, EPGP KOCHI, FPM, EMEP & EPGC) who has not received the award earlier and who is not currently working at IIM Kozhikode is eligible to submit nominations.
