RANKINGS AT A GLANCE

Secured the 3rd position in NIRF 2025 for the third consecutive year (Triple Top 3) marks the career-best ranking for IIM Kozhikode (It’s a Hat-trick).

 

ACCREDITATION

AMBA (Association of MBAs)

• The PGP and EPGP programmes of the institute were accredited by the UK-based Association of MBAs (AMBA) in 2010, making it the first IIM to achieve this recognition.
• Re-accreditation was secured in 2015 and 2020 and again in 2023 for a five-year term.
• Currently, the programmes PGP, PGP-BL, PGP-Finance, PGP-LSM, EPGP-IL, and EPGP-Kochi hold AMBA accreditation.
• The institute submits the AMBA Application and Enrolment Survey Report annually.

BGA (Business Graduates Association) Membership

• The institute became a member of the Business Graduates Association (BGA) on 2nd August 2023.

EQUIS (EFMD Quality Improvement System)

• EQUIS accreditation was conferred on 28th September 2021.
• The institute became the fifth IIM and the sixth management institution in India to receive this prestigious accreditation.
• With EQUIS, the institute achieved ‘Double Crown’ accreditation status, held by only a select few institutions in the country.
• Re-accreditation was successfully obtained in 2024 for a further five-year period, reaffirming the institute’s commitment to continuous improvement and global quality standards in management education.

AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) Membership

• The institute became a member of AACSB in January 2019.
• The First Progress Report was submitted in September 2024, followed by the Second Progress Report in September 2025.
• Annual submissions include the AACSB Staff Compensation and Demographics Survey (SCDS), BSQ Programs Module, BSQ Employment Module, and BSQ Finances Module.
