Education Verification

Guidelines for education verification, and for other requests related to participants of eMDPs, IIM Kozhikode receives several requests from corporate, agencies and individuals to verify the education particulars of executive alumni (those awarded with Executive Certificate programmes). IIMK will ensure that all such requests are addressed properly and effectively within 10 working days after receiving the request along with necessary requirements & applicable fee.

The following formalities are required to complete by the requester/alumni, while forwarding the Education Verification request.

1. Requester/ executive alumni to raise the request online & remit the necessary fee through online (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card). No other method of payment is acceptable.
2. Please ensure correct information of the alumnus is captured in the online form. Incorrect information provided in the online application will lead to delay in processing the request.
3. Fee can be paid in ₹ only. GST applicable as per prevailing rate & payable extra. Current rate of tax is 18%.
4. The fee paid against a particular request is not refundable or transferrable under any circumstances.
    

NOTE :- For the issue of duplicate copies of the certificates, applicant should submit the following supporting documents:

1.  A written request duly signed by the applicant, specifying the details of the programme completed from IIM Kozhikode.
2. A copy of the FIR filed by the Alumnus / person completed the Programme, in the Police Station reporting the loss / theft. 
3. Copy of Govt. Approved Photo ID and Address proof duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
