IIM Kozhikode will assist the students in securing final placements as well as mandatory industry internships. The institute will provide necessary career support through the Corporate Access Readiness and Engagement (CARE) program. CARE is a dedicated initiative that offers various developmental inputs to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for performing in challenging industry roles. Through this initiative, students will have numerous opportunities to participate in corporate recruitment processes. However, the institution cannot guarantee assured job placements as the outcomes depend solely on the student's efforts and performance.
